Our expert Jérôme Treperman provided an input to Key Performance Indicators as He he  has a background in advising public and private entities on such matters.Team members need not be proficient in each an every aspect of a project. Rather bring their individual strengths and expertises. Learn from each other.  Following the introduction of _sfw_'s KPIs our experts selected the most relevant indicator by a simple preference vote procedure. The nine indicators which were  selected by our panel of experts  are listed below, ranked by number of votes received. Subsequently, the workshop focused on these indicators only. The  KPIs were written on a piece of paper and then rotated through the group allowing each expert to provide input on each and every indicator. This procedure  generated a large number of ideas and thoughts.
