## Key recommendations from the workshop  - Identify **Identify  Multiplyer(e.g. football players)  who could spread the word!  - Increase word!**  Multipliers could be identified on e.g. Twitter: Check who has retweeted or otherwise interacted with your content, sort them by number of followers and see if you can find someone among them (e.g. footballer, sports journalists) who is interested in boosting your campaign. This strategy was successfully used by the Vodafone Foundation: They made an interview with a professional football player who is engaged with socially marginalized groups and got a lot of press coverage and social media backup from that.  **Increase  interaction/ communication with community! community!**  There were a lot of posts by the community on the Unleash website, but it was mainly Jürgen who responded to these posts. It would be good if the page administrator (sfw) would react as well, as this increases the linkage between Sfw and its community. If not it's a bit weird as if the page is genrating content for its own good but not willing to engage with the community for a broader good.  **Use Google alerts to track engagement outside Twitter/facebook**  This helps to identify the campaign´s visibility in the general public.  **How often is # used in conjunction with organization handle?**   This could be a very strong performance indicator  - Use showing how your target group is actively participating in the campaign e.g. somebody tweets #myfootballcan to the fifa twitter handle, or to a football organization or player.   **Use  different channels for different audiences! **  Address your multipliers (people with lots of followers) on twitter, reach the general audience on facebook and write your posts accordingly
