Clearly, not all yes/no questions are created equal:  Some are easy to understand; others are hard.  For some, many news results will carry an answer; others will produce just a smidgen of mentions in the knowledge base.  Some are quantitatively unclear and answers might be triggerred by published subjective opinions.  Let us explore what these distinctions mean,  since recognizing them and rejecting answering  the hard questions outright is our key to achieving a high level of precision.  Fig.~\ref{fig:sampleq} contains a list of sample questions (forward-looking as of now).
