Using data from Waite and Taylor (2014), I compared the relative abundance of the most dominant bacterial phyla in chickens, turkeys and waterfowl. Note how very different the domesticated birds are compared to the waterfowl - with the exception of the KoreanFam.Goose (need to look into where that sample came from and what species it is...)
