The summary should be written in the third person, informative to those working in the same or related field(s), and understandable to a scientifically or technically literate reader.  I think we could probably copy paste parts from the proposal and mesh them together for this "abstract"-like page. **yes I agree with this, plus means we can reiterate some key points of our proposal**
