##Figure ###Figure  1 This gives an overview of what kinds of organisms are in each sample, and how the samples compare to each other in terms of microbial community composition. In this figure, you are looking at bacteria classified to the "Class" level. One thing that stands out here is that the starboard crew vent looks different from all of the other samples. This is because it has a lot more of the dark orange (Clostridia) and light purple (Bacteroidia) and much less of the red (Bacilli) and yellow (Gammaproteobacteria).
