And despite templated-guided self-assembly based on EBL and lift-off process, the nanoparticle’s position can also be tuned by properly designed and functionalized DNA origami. [29,30] That by proper designing the base sequence of the DNA strand, the resulting origami structure’s shape can be well defined. And the nanoparticle can be attached to the DNA origami by proper modification of certain DNA strand. Compared to other method to assemble nanoparticles, DNA origami has higher resolution down to 2 nm (the diameter of each helix is ~2 nm). (Fig. 25)\\
