\section{Question 3}  Of those that are associated with the health of the baby, I chose to work with the birth defects variable becauseit is known that there is a correlation between  smoking and can cause  birth defects[1].The two way summary table shows that most of the smokers and non smoking mothers had babies with no birth defects.Only three smoking mothers had babies with at least 1 birth defect.
