\section{Discussion of Results}  It has been shown that for a steady state magnetized plasma, a pointlike charge oscillating at frequencies operating under $\omega^2<\omega_{p}^2$, such that (nearly) undamped electrostatic waves can propogate, a resonance cone structure is observed, with angles closely matching the values of the theorized "group velocity" cones[2] predicted for $T_{e}\simeq0$. Furthermore, structures resembling resonance cones representing "phase velocity" cones where the theory would require $T_{e}\ne0$ were also observed. Resonance cones will have an substantial effect on atmospheric signal propogation and satellite transmitions, as the ionosphere is an anisotropic plasma affected by the presence of the earth's magnetic field field.
