First, we know that velocity is not only

\[\textit {v}_2 = \sqrt{\textit 2gh}\]

but also

\[\textit {v}_2 = \frac{V}{tA}\]

and we know that \(A\) is approximately \(10m^2\) because of the equation:

\[A = \frac {V}{h}\]

Also, be careful of units and make sure to make everything standard. There is an error in my calculations in the end result that screams of unit error, but I cannot find it for the life of me. Anyways,

\[\textit {v}_2 = \frac{V}{10t}\]

and the results are as shown.
