Using our optical setup, we succesfully created a reconstruction of our sample within \(\sim\) 8 error. The final image could have been improved by having a more isolated sample, a larger setup so that a condensor lens would not need to be used and restricting effects due to abberations, and a higher pixel density detector. However, given the restraints that were given, we can comfirm the concepts behind CDI and its applications for imaging of biological samples.
