\begin{abstract}  \par Using a Charged Coupling Device detector, a laser, and other optical components, we plan to acquire successfully acquired  a diffraction pattern of a \textit{C. elegans} larvea and reconstruct the original image using Matlab software. Once an image has been contructed, another image will be taken using generated  a standard optical microscope and compared working reconstruction. Attempts were also made  to the reconstructed image. perform a three dimensional reconstruction with mediocre results.  The experiment was done in order to better understand Coherent Diffraction Imaging (CDI) as well as work to work  in an environment similar to a biophysics laboratory. \end{abstract}
