Replace this text with your caption $\chi^2$ vs time for SRIF and SPF, for identical starting parameters, using simulated data. The left column are fits of simulated data to an ellipsoid model, while the right column are fits using a spherical harmonics model. Note that SRIF is not only faster, but can sometimes converge when SPF is not able to do so.
