\subsection{The distribution of Service Time}  The service time is a continuous stochastic variable distributed according to an exponential distribution with parameter $\mu$. The probability density function (\textit{pdf}) of service time is:  \begin{equation}\label{Exponential} \begin{equation}  f(t) = \mu e^{- \mu t}  \end{equation}  The average service time is $W_s = 1 / \mu$. The chart below shows the pdf of the exponential distribution with average service time $W_s=2$ minutes, $W_s=1$ minute, $W_s=2/3$ minute.
