\section*{Description}  All plots, data and tables were generated using the epipy package for Python, which relies heavily on the networkx \cite{networkx} and pandas \cite{pandas} packages. Epipy code is open source and available on github. In addition to the visualizations introduced here, epipy includes a number of functions for common epidemiology calculations, like odds ratio and relative risk.  Code that generates realistic example data is also provided.
