\section*{Abstract}
We present a new visualization and accompanying Python
module package for emerging contagions. The visualization is useful because: a) it allows for easy estimation of the number of
introduction spillover events b) it shows the number of times transmission clusters were generated c) it shows how human to human transmissible the diseases is over time. This visualization is most suited for diseases like
the early days of SARS, MERS-CoV and H7N9 for which there are a limited (less than 200) number of cases, with data available on human to human clusters.
