Recalculated FRB rates and limits using a single definition for fluence limits of extragalactic transients \citep{bsb}. (BSB14).  All flux limits assume a 5 ms pulse width and a dispersion equal to the mean dispersion of known FRBs. The blue shaded region represents the 95\% bounds on the rate of \citep{2013Sci...341...53T} assuming Euclidean scaling (rate-flux powerlaw index of --3/2). The red solid and dashed lines show the 95\% and 50\% rate constraints from our VLA observations. The red dot-dashed line shows the 50\% constraint for a completed VLA FRB campaign. Note that the recalculated fluence limit is higher for most surveys, except for the downward revision of \citep{2013Sci...341...53T}, which quantified its rate in terms of a mean fluence, not a limit. \label{recalcrate5}
