The system will re-use the current infrastructure deployed for the standard calibration
pipeline, customizing the installation so the proper version of the CASA pipeline is
used, and a trimmed down procedure that excludes unnecessary plotting is executed.
The pipeline installation basically consists of a server that listen for pipeline execution
submissions and initiates and monitor jobs in the cluster. A new server will manage the VLASS
specific pipelines.
