Reference relation (green solid line) for z=3.221 obtained "normalizing" the power-law relation with the known values of T($\Delta$). We can see an important shift in the relation toward lower values of Log(R).
The shift is mainly correlated with variation in the difference $\Delta T_{0}\equiv T_{0}({\rm Ly-}\beta)-T_{0}({\rm foreground})$.
Testing different redshifts and different $\Delta T_{0}$ we can roughly fit a positive correlation between $\Delta T_{0}$ and the computed variation of log(R) with respect to the original
values($\Delta values ($\Delta T_{0}\sim 2000 K$ in the original simulations.
