Authorea is a tool to write research documents in collaboration. The post you are reading was written in Authorea! Collaborating on scholarly papers with a mix of emailed documents, drafts, lost revisions, and comments is inefficient and painful. Authorea puts the whole publication tookit online: an interactive GUI, revision history, comments, and beautiful rendering for LaTeX, images, and graphs. Importantly, Authorea now allows seamless and easy inclusion of Plotly graphs. Here's how.  ## Plotly inside Authorea documents  Here's another example of a Plotly plot embedded in Authorea document.  This graph plots each combination of available points against one another, as  explained in [this IPython Notebook](http://nbviewer.ipython.org/github/plotly/IPython-plotly/blob/master/PyMC%20+%20Plotly.ipynb).     If you hover your mouse over Notebook](http://nbviewer.ipython.org/github/plotly/IPython-plotly/blob/master/PyMC%20+%20Plotly.ipynb) by [Christopher Fonnesbeck](http://biostat.mc.vanderbilt.edu/wiki/Main/ChrisFonnesbeck). As for  the data in previous plot, don't miss  the image below you can see the data points. If you interactive component of this graphic: hover,  drag and click  your mouse, you'll zoom into mouse over  the plot. Double click data  to zoom back out. If you click through, you can save, edit, and fork a copy. play with it.  For more bubble charts, you can see [this IPython Notebook](http://nbviewer.ipython.org/github/plotly/IPython-plotly/blob/master/Bubble%20Chart%20Explorer.ipynb) or a [post](http://blog.plot.ly/post/71637573256/the-power-of-bubble-charts) on showing multiple dimensions with a bubble chart.
