Plotly has bubble charts, box plots, line charts, area charts, scatter plots, histograms, 2D histograms, and heatmaps. Plotly also supports log axes, error bars, date axes, multiple axes, subplots, and inets. The interactive graph below can be seen [here](http://nbviewer.ipython.org/github/plotly/IPython-plotly/blob/master/Multiple%20Axes%2C%20Subplots%2C%20and%20Insets.ipynb) in an IPython Notebook demo. Try rolling over points to see data, click and drag to zoom, shift-click-drag to pan, and double-click to autoscale. And you can always click through to see the data and fork your own copy.
