We introduce a boost to the iEF system, $v$ in the positive $z$  direction. For convenience, we'll work in cylindrical polar  coordinates. In the rest frame of the black hole, the center is at  $\left( 0,0,0 \right)$, while in the lab frame, it's at $\left( 0, 0,  v T \right)$.
