My general goal is just to run prishanti's scripts phenoscape annotations grouped by homology type,
similar to how the clark paper approaches the analysis.
Hopefully this week I will be able to start mining phenoscape for practice data and next week
I can work on melding the gene lists, annotations and prishantis scripts to get solid data
for my whole data set.
After that I want to work on generating figures and processing my ouputs. However, I still
want to try for a genome duplication centric approach so on the side I will keep trying to find
out how to define those duplicates and if I succeed I will try to rearrange the data to fit
that focus.
