The blue line shows a uniform distribution of $\Gamma_{\rm act}$-values, while the dashed, green shows the corresponding distribution of $\Gamma_{\rm obs}$-values predicted by the analytic model (Equation \ref{eqn:n-Gammaobs_from_uniform-n-Gammaact}). In contrast to previous similar figures, the x- and y-axes are linear, not logarithmic.
