This document outlines the current work plan that the LSST team is putting forward to officially join the LSST project and efficiently start their scientific and technical activities. It is intended to serve as a support to
the Scientific Council of LUPM, in preparation to the review on October 2-3 2014. After a brief summary of the general context of this proposal, we will present the LUPM team project in the second section, and discuss it in the third section. An annex gathers additional material.
