\chapter{Subsystem Design Option Trees}
\label{cha:dot}
%Please do not forget to add new symbols to the nomenclature e.g.: \nomenclature{$t_{element}$}{Thickness coefficient of plate \nomunit{[$-$]}}
This chapter presents the design option trees (DOTs) for all of the subsections. Sections~\ref{sec:dot_fus} through~\ref{sec:dot_ers} will start by presenting their respective DOT with a short description of the options that influence the design the strongest. Since all DOTs consisted of all possible options, there are several options that are non-feasible or highly impractical for the application of E-SPARC. These options are crossed out from the DOTs and each section will explain why certain options are discarded.
From these final DOTs several configurations are proposed in Section~\ref{sec:ACconfigurations} which will be the starting point for the trade-off in Chapter~\ref{cha:trade_83}.
