Another method to get a good overview of the work that needs to be performed is a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), which is given in Figure~\ref{fig:WBS}. Each process of the WBS has been explained in the previous chapter for the WFD. As discussed before the first two phases were the Initialization Phase and Early Conceptual Design Phase, which were thoroughly discussed in the project plan and baseline report already. These two phases are therefore not included in the diagram.
