What is being done that gives you this confidence?}  \begin{itemize}  \item[VLK] \item[] (VLK)  Chandra Source Catalog: it is a living catalog that includes the best available calibration at all steps, and includes more secondary information (instrument state, bare counts, ray traces, etc.) than any other catalog to date. By its nature, it blocks off certain avenues for analysis, but that which is possible should remain so for the foreseeable future. \end{itemize}  \paragraph{5.
