Snapshot of electronic charge density change of $\mathrm{H^+}$ moving  in $\mathrm{Cu}$ atoms with $v = 1.8 ~\mathrm{a.u.}$ (kinetic energy of $81 ~\mathrm{keV}$)  at $t = 3.0~a_0$. The brown balls represents the $\mathrm{Cu}$ atoms and the single gray ball with light-blue-contours represents the incoming $\mathrm{H^+}$.The  $\mathrm{H^+}$ interacts with the $\mathrm{Cu}$ atoms charge density where some electron density is acquired during its trajectory.
