Replace this text with your caption Figure 5 Principal coordinates ordination of bray-curtis distances for 23S rRNA plastid libraries and 16S rRNA gene libraries. OTU points are weighted pricipal coordinate averages (weights are relative abundace values in each sample) and the variance along each pricipal axis is expanded to match the site variance. Point annotations denote the amended C:P ratio for the mesocosm from which each sample was derived.
