\section{Conclusions}  To walk in a sitting and riding society is always the beginning of a reneissance. Going on foot returns us to our first self as children. It makes us listen to our feet, mind and heart; it delivers us to the simpler movement of ambling and flowing, which may fit and serve the movements of our mind and spirits better than sitting and riding. Perhaps it is still the best way to be face to face and arm in arm with others and the Earth. Going on foot cannot be disposed of, regardless of all the changes the modernity and technology have brought into our life. Unless the humanity evolves to a creature with no legs.
