The only method to outperform random selection is RDKit. RDKit with an AUC of 0.58 and all methods fail to exhibit early enrichment.  Although shape constraints are capable of improving on the performance of both FOMS and VAMs, which both had an AUC of 0.43,  they still lack significance and generally do not outperform RDKit.
