ConvertMAS is a molecule converter which is used to convert chemical file formats. It accepts mol, mol2 and sdf file inputs and converts single file to respective formats. ConvertMAS splits multiple sdf files into separate single files of any desired format. Also, by joining of mol, mol2 and sdf files ConvertMAS creates sdf files.
