Figure 8—Bicoherence matrices for runs W1T2t0.2 and W2T2t0. We use two sets of randomly sampled spatial frequencies to compute each Bicoherence matrix. The horizontal and vertical indices correspond to denote which  the indices for the arrays ofthe  sampled spatial frequencies. frequencies in which the Bicoherence is calculated. The colorbar denotes the Bicoherence magnitude. A value of 0 denotes random phases, while a value of 1 denotes phase coupling (cite Eric's paper?).
