Replace this text This is B5, with
your caption the Herschel 250 micron emission in red and the integrated GBT NH_3 (1, 1) emission in blue. The white contour is at the same level of 250 micron emission (3 Jy/ beam), and roughly corresponds to the coherent region in B5. The white circle shows the {\it physical size} of the region covered by the FWHP primary beam of VLA D Array in the K band at the distance of the Ophiuchus cloud.
