Random-access media like bound paper journals or paper newspapaers newspapers  are currently undervalued, and chances are they will make a comeback, using e-paper where each "page" is re-purposable. repurposable.  Any thoughts about a "Paper of the Future" need to consider how media will serve us in the distant future. Full compatibility is not required, but readability should be.
