Conclusion

GaN nanowires, though one of the most studied and developed nanowires in terms of synthetic methods, still require progress in order to create practical and functional devices. This being said, it is evident that GaN nanowires indeed have been utilized for unique devices that synergize both the structural, physical, and electronic properties of GaN nanowires with other chemicals in order to create composite materials. These materials have demonstrated higher efficiency than conventional technologies, hopefully hinting at a bright future for GaN nanowires.
