List all your data, instruments, ethical approval documentation, etc here. Many of these documents will be in the form of PDF files, and therefore put the links here if you want. At the time of submission, you can append the documents here. Include in the Appendix area the emails and the letters of approval you received from the AUT professors about your questionnaires on WHOQoL, and other approvals, including approval documentation from the UC Ethics Committee. This is important and will be useful for writing future papers from this project.
The reference list is appended at the end of the document and is automatically generated for you in the correct referencing style (we use APA 6th version here). Thus, you will not normally have to worry about formatting references, and all references in the document will be in one place. This helps to avoid duplication and aids in attribution of the correct appendix in your study as well.
The referencing is in the form of BibTeX document which makes it very easy and standard format to work with. For instructions as to how to insert references, please see the section at the top of this document. When we shall compile the thesis for submission, we shall remove the preface document or replace the preface document with your own statements about thanking people who helped you in your thesis.
