The rest of the participants did not have a HoNOS measure taken in each of the stages of intervention. This was beyond the control of the study as the staff who administer the HoNOS were not informed about the study to avoid bias.   It is also interesting to note that though the percentage of participants has dropped to 63.5 percent the number of HoNOS measures has dropped only to 79 percent. (This My Comments:  \begin{quote}  This  is not entirely clear to me what was meant. Did you mean that the total number of HONOS measures dropped by 21\% although the number of participants dropped by 36\%; this would then indicate that many participants had more than one assessment during this time period. Beyond this, I am not sure I can understand the implications. Can you please elaborate? \end{quote}
