mid Feb 2014: Preliminary reports from sub-group leaders to working group chairs. These will evalutate how have we addressed previous DP recommendations, for assembly and discussion at town hall meetings. Will coordinate to have a town hall meeting with the Demographics Working Group and assess results from the that WG’s survey about Education, Outreach and Training.
Jun 2014: complete first draft incorporating responses from meetings, broader input; circulate to working group
Jul 2014: final meeting of executive to discuss the draft (at the ASA meeting)
30 Aug 2014: submit final Working Group report to NCA
