An overview of the terms of Eq \ref{eqn:procs} used in ProCS15 for each atom type can be found Table \ref{table:terms} and the RMSD and $r$ values obtained using this combination of terms are given in the row labeled "ProCS15" in Table \ref{table:vsqm}. The RMSD value for the carbon atoms range from 1.5 1.6  to 2.5 ppm and the RMSD values a very similar  for CB for the two proteins are different by 0.7 ppm. both proteins.  The $r$ values range between 0.63 0.60  and 0.84 with the $r$ value being consistently highest for CA. For the hydrogen atoms the RMSD and $r$ values range from 0.5 to 0.6 0.9  ppm and 0.82 to 0.91, 0.90,  respectively. Finally, for N the RMSD values are 4.3 (1UBQ) and 2.7 (2OED), ppm,  while thecorresponding  $r$ values are 0.74 and 0.92. It is not clear why in  the results for N are so different for these two proteins. range 0.74 - 0.79.
