We propose to measure the mass-loss history for a large sample of core-collapse SNe. Rafaella Raffaella  Margutti will orchestrate the observational campaign, Jeremiah Murphy will simulate the shock-CSM interaction, and Matteo Cantiello will use these results to constrain mass-loss theory. \end{itemize}
