We have deadlines to meet, meetings to attend, lectures to give. And \textbf{of course we need to write papers}, not only because we are excited to share our findings, but also because scientific articles are the currency of the academic world.  Scientists, curious people, are always on the lookout for tools that can improve their work flow: one of these tools is \href{https://www.authorea.com}{Authorea}. Authorea was created by scientists and for scientists with the idea of improving the writing process. On the web collaborative papers can be written faster and with no need for emails exchange. frequent emails.  Also the web version of the articles can include data, code and \href{https://www.authorea.com/users/3/articles/3904/_show_article}{interactive plots}. This helps greatly increase  the transparency and reproducibility of research. Now it's true scientists are always interested in new technical developments, but they're also a bit hesitant when it comes to changing their work flow. We are aware that a lot of astronomers have tried Authorea a while back and were disappointed by the lack of some advanced LaTeX features (e.g. \href{https://www.authorea.com/users/2/articles/38778/_show_article}{deluxetables}). But times have changed and it's now possible to switch to "\href{https://www.authorea.com/users/5713/articles/28015/_show_article}{Power LaTeX user}" mode, if needed.
