Some were disappointed by the lack of some advanced LaTeX features (e.g., \href{https://www.authorea.com/users/2/articles/38778/_show_article}{deluxetables, now supported}). You were disappointed, you told us why, and we just implemented some big changes to make you happy. Authorea now supports virtually every LaTeX package when used in has a  "\href{https://www.authorea.com/users/5713/articles/28015/_show_article}{Power LaTeX user}" mode. mode which supports a much much larger subset of LaTeX. Essentially everything.
