#Where to go from here
A tool specifically designed to map sequences of interest to graphs, while initially not much different from what bandage can offer right now could:
* Generate the correct path's sequence, even via the usage of multiple senquence matches. This would allow a sort of local-assembly-query.
* Return not only the local path, but the local context within the graph as a subgraph.
* Enable read-retrieval, with all the advantages for analysis.
While arabidopsis is a small toy-like example, it would be nice to see real-life examples of complex genomes. As long as extra-connectivity is the reason for contiguity breaks, this should be a very powerful tool in other scenarios.
