Using our filter on 458 profiles between 2004 and 2014 found 73 events contributing at least an average of 2.7\% of the tropospheric ozone. The seasonal distribution can be seen in panel two(clockwise) of figure \ref{fig:SummaryMelbourne} and shows January February and March exhibit the most ozone intrusions.  Tropopause height is generally 1km higher during an event in Melbourne, the seasonal tropopause height observed by our ozonesondes (shown in figure \ref{fig:seasonaltpheights}) shows a late summer increase in tropopause height which is as we would expect in near  the tropics. Macquarie events are even more strongly associated with late Summer early Autumn(JFM), and the tropopause height shows not much difference between either STT event profiles or normal profiles.
