After securing the cooperation of the school, all Year 5 children were invited to take part via an information sheet and parents were provided with a consent form to complete if they want their child to participate. Further, a participant information sheet and assent form were completed by the child if they want to participate, prior to data collection. A PAQ-C health screening questionnaire [cite] was completed before and after the intervention.  Pupils other than those in Years 5 in the participating school were excluded, as well as those with lack of assent, medical conditions e.g. severe exercise induced asthma, uncontrolled epilepsy or injury/history that is not conducive to the study and any participant that usually requires medication during the school day or PE/play e.g. asthma inhaler or diabetic insulin injection, that did not bring it with them on the day of testing.   \subsection{Measurement of physical activity}     The Fitbit activity monitor contains a tri-axial accelerometer to record time-stamped physical activity data.   TODO: how often did we measure   - has it been validated now?   - explain how data were wirelessly uploaded
