After the initial "clean-up" phase, the spectra are processed by the GGG2014 software suite, starting with the I2S (Interferogram To Spectrum) software. The Wollongong TCCON spectra are processed using GGG2014 following the standard description in \citep{Wunch2015}. This includes determination and correction of laser sampling errors, and DC correction for variable solar intensity \cite{Keppel_Aleks_2007} within I2S. The spectra are analysed for CO$_{2}$, CH$_{4}$, CO, N$_{2}$O, H$_{2}$O, HDO, HF, HCl and O$_{2}$ in a total of 50 spectral windows, by scaling \textit{a priori} profiles of the gases to obtain the best fit between a calculated and the measured spectrum. Analysis of the Wollongong spectra follows the standard GGG2014 procedure for the TCCON; however, a few additional site-specific quality control measures are also implemented. Specifically, these
are:
* additional check of are that the
relative retrievals must converge for the three methane, two carbon dioxide, and oxygen retrieval
errors
* removing windows and that data are removed data
from during known bad periods

list of events available event log located on

event log - updated accordingly
QC (filtering, monitoring of ILS, laser sampling error etc) (maybe separate subsection) (https://tccon-wiki.caltech.edu/Sites/Wollongong/Instrument_History/Wollongong_TCCON_Event_Log)).
