Fortunately, things have settled down in recent years, and the most recent results from  ESA's Planck satellite give $H_0 = 67.8 \pm 0.9$ km/s/Mpc, which is mostly   consistent with other measurements.  If your result is different from this, take heart, don't despair,  Edwin Hubble's first measurement was $H_0 > 400\ {\rm km}s^{-1}{\rm Mpc}^{-1}$!  \subsection{Age of the Universe}
