Figure 5: Time series of seasonal averages of original and bias-corrected maximum temperature in the Ecuadorian Andean region. The figure shows weather station (WS) and Tweentieh Century Reanalysis (20CR)  data. These data comprises the seasons July-August-September (JAS) for the period 1997-2012. Panel a) and b) linear correlations statistics are r=0.36,p=0.17,n=16. The bias-correction technique applied was additive linear scaling.
